Today Refinery29 pointed out that the 1995 Parker Posey film Party Girl is on Netflix. OMG.
Party Girl, may be the reason I moved to New York. At 13, when I first saw this movie, this was the world I envisioned I’d live in. Of course, it’s a silly romantic comedy and I moved to NYC 10 years later, so my life didn’t turn out exactly like this. Still it’s a favorite of mine… sometimes fantasy can be a good thing.
